Hunter's Winging Ceremony

On Friday I had the great pleasure of photographing a Winging Ceremony for a friend who was getting his Wings from the United States Navy. I have known Hunter since we were both small kids, and we are all so incredible proud of him!

Home Sweet Home

As most of you avid blog readers know I have moved back home to Pensacola Florida. I still haven't taken the time to update the blog and website, but I am working on it! So please be patient with me and in the mean time here are some photos of the beautiful Florida beaches.

A summer thunderstorm

I took these photos last night because I thought the sky looked incredible last night. It was my first time spending much time doing something like this. But I really enjoyed it. I even got lucky and caught a couple lightening bolts.

I met this family a while ago and have the priviledge of working with them once before around the holidady. This time we met at a great local park for their family portrait!

Max this summer!

I have been taking a lot of photos of Max this summe, but I haven't been blogging them. So I decided it was time to share with you all how big my little man is getting. I can not believe he will be 3 in October!

Nate and Lauren

I feel like I have a little explaining to do before I post these photos. Go back with me to some time in April... I get a phone call from Nate, who just happens to be my boyfriend of my best friend from Pensacola, and he shares with me a secret. He is planning a proposal and he wants my help. Nate asks me if I can talk Lauren into a photo session and during that photo session he wants to pop the question. So fast forward to June 12th, I just "happen" to be in Pensacola, and we just " happen" to have some free time to do a quick session, and Nate and Lauren just "happen" to get engaged! I was so blessed to be a part of this special day, and I will be blessed to be a part of their wedding next summer also! I can't wait!

Oh..PS...Max is going to be the ring bearer... so you better believe their will be photos!
